DMCA Policy for SevenamPost.com

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or where SevenamPost.com is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

SevenamPost.com reserves the right to terminate, without notice, the accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers.

Reservation of Rights

We may remove or disable access to content alleged to be infringing and may terminate accounts in accordance with this policy. We also reserve the right to take any other action we deem appropriate.
